It is well made and just as described. I am very happy with it and it fit really good on my Skywatcher Quattro 200p 8 inch f/4 Newtonian Telescope. I can definitely recommend it, you just have to buy a 120mm Fan Grill for it which are pretty cheap on Amazon. It was shipped out fast.

Muy buen Cooler fan para newton, bien pensado y diseñado le falta un grill de 120mm y un filtro ultra slim para PC en el otro extremo y estarÃa completo…pero se pueden comprar aparte y económicos!! Muy contento con la compra, es estupendo!!

Well to be honest i didn’t need the customer service the item arrived well packed and on time from Spain. The quality of the fan system was outstanding. It fit on 8″ Sky-Watcher F/4 scope perfectly and took a whole 2 mins to install. You will need a controller and in my case I wanted the cable to be usb to power supply deck on mount. This is the plugin controller connector I got for fan. This came from amazon ( Delinx 12V Fan Speed Controller, Fan Power Adapter,USB 5V Step UP Boost to DC 12V Adapter, 5-12V Adjustable, with 3/4 Pin Fan Connector Cable, 4.8ft Length) Just plug to fan and to usb connection you are in business. BTW if you use 12vt pwr converter you will get about same speed from fan as using usb plug to mount power deck. I highly recommend this mod and this fan system from Daniel at Austral Solutions.
